Since Jesus Christ was borne in Bethlehem before 2000 years ago, many researchers from abroad came to Palestine and the region to study its Flora and Fauna. After 1960 some of the Palestinian researchers started to study the Wildlife in Palestine; one of them was Dr. Sana Attalah, who worked hardly to create a data base with all the findings that he had gathered throughout his research years, but unfortunately he was killed in a plane accidents in 1970.Then, Dr. Mazin Qumsiyeh inherited his work and followed with it.
