Bellevalia warburgii are perennial herbaceous plants. As geophytes, its form bulbs with a membranous sheath ("tunic"). The simple, parallel-veined leaves are basal.  The color of the bracts ranges from white to cream to brown or more rarely from blue to purple. The fruit capsule is triangular in cross section with winged edges. The seeds are more or less spherical, rarely elongated and glossy. It is threatened with extinction worldwide. It is found in Palestine in the western or semi-coastal foothills.

بصيلة الفأر هي نباتات عشبية معمرة. مثل الجيوفيتات ، وتتشكل من بصيلات ذات غلاف غشائي ("سترة"). الأوراق البسيطة متوازية العروق قاعدية. يتراوح لون الكرات من الأبيض إلى الكريمي إلى البني أو نادرًا من الأزرق إلى الأرجواني. كبسولة الفاكهة عبارة عن مثلثة في المقطع العرضي بحواف مجنحة. البذور كروية إلى حد ما ، ونادراً ما تكون ممدودة ولامعة. مهددة بالانقراض على مستوى العالم، تتواجد في فلسطين في مناطق السفوح الغربية او شبه الساحلية.
